And IIRC, at first two Flowing Thought I items didnt stack. So you wanted a FT1 item, a FT2 item, etc. They added stacking later.

Ditto for the attack buffs.

You should be seeing (today) ~50% resists at 140 resists for bane / ebolt.
That should bump up to 65% after next patch.

I will dig into it and see if there's any other factors coming into play...
