Unhappy Everquest: Windows - Application Error

I haven't played in a couple years but I recently logged into P99 and hit alt enter to change to windowed mode and the game crashed. Since then it will not load and gives me the same error each time....

There is rarely any low lv pvp it's a pretty relaxing server imo. Never heard of "fungusmen" either.

I'm also not able to login, my brother is also experiencing the same problem, both of us tried to login to red and blue p99. When selecting the server then pressing "Play Everquest" the error pops up...
