Is the error from Wineskin or OS X like mentioned here: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/1201327?start=15&tstart=0 That number error is mentioned a lot with conflicting software.

Replies: 823 HOW-TO: Play Project 1999 on a Mac Views: 377,959 Posted By Innova I believe I had to go into... I believe I had to go into Wineskin->Advanced->Tools->Winetricks and select "glsl=disabled", "d3dx9" and "core" (in Fonts) for the game to load and display character models correctly.
