And there is no such thing as "completing a dungeon" in EQ. Even if you do, it's still just a pain in the ass for no logical reason.

Not sure what you ae referring to as easy mode. Having the keys not soulbound does nothing to increase the difficulty of those dungeons at all. They just become less accessible and more tedious.
