instant crash to login after server select

Windows 11
AMD7900xtx
AMD Ryzen 5 7600x 6 core processor
32gigs DDR5 ram

tried w/ windows 10 virtual machine.

run as admin
service pack 2 enabled

its pretty fast from clicking login at server select to crashing back to enter password. maybe 1 second.

I followed all technical support stuff before posting.
i found 3 different youtube videos on trouble shooting followed all using the account data i've used for years on windows 10...
