How much to take a red server bard from 1 to 18?

Edit: Swarm kite utilizes charm, you should at least use the proper words for things if you're talking hardcore EQ. Also: You kinda suck, a little bit, for ruining zones like OT for your personal gain.

But yeah, 10k red pp for an 18 bard (on red)? I think that amounts to 40k blue. Let me know.
