i've found that using Duxa's UI (included with Duxa's all in one EQ installer) helps alot- has a window with inventory slots, primary, and secondary always available (set up with the 2x5 boxes), so you can swap instruments/weapons without sacrificing hotkeys. this way i can have my two most common twist lines (4 songs each) hotkeyed on 3-6 and 7-0, and still be able to swap instruments for modifiers
