Just a minor detail but it does make a CR for High Elf's a bit more difficult starting out...

The original high elf starting bind point was right outside Felwithe gates on the peak of the hill @ appx location: -2202, -2035, 56.46

You have their bind points now at Kelthin. If a noob dies it makes a CR more difficult that way...
