Is anyone getting burned by this bandwidth dispute between Verizon and Cogent? My connection to CERTAIN areas of the country is sooo frigging choppy and slow it's made my job virtually impossible the past couple of days. I think this may have something to do with my issues playing p1999 lately, as well.
