In both west and east freeport i have levitated onto the top of some of the higher roofs, and gotten stuck within a "box" surrounding the roof. It is just an invisible wall surrounding the roof. Can't shadowstep out of it or anything either. only way to get out os gate/get a port. but easy to walk into....
