Well it is time. I gathered the components, did the initiate symbol, got the quest text for the second symbol, turned it in, and got ringmail pants. So I guess the npc is rewarding random ringmail pieces?
Did the turn in on Zorq, troll shaman. It would be really cool if this got fixed and I got the server first one
