Why do you think that? The only thing you can't do anymore once you're 60 is ding yet another level, but you CAN do things that you couldn't before. I understand the burning out when it kinda seems like you've got nothing more to look forward to (I've quit p99 for extended periods 3 different times I think, one of which was after I dinged 60 with a bard

My p99 burnouts were primarily from maxing out classes that were reliant on other players in order to play much/at all. It's a lot easier to get tired of being a 60 rogue/warrior/wizard/cleric/etc (or even a bard) than it is to get tired of being 60 with a chanter/shaman/necro/etc.
