While researching for the minimum level for epics, found this for Wraith of a Shissir

Interesting note in this walkthrough about "Wraith of a Shissir". Currently respawns with Cazic Thule repopulating the zone.

This part has changed!
The Shissar Spirit no longer spawns when Cazic Thule dies. Rather it is on an unknown timer. It will spawn after a couple days and despawn after some time or on some unknown cue.

This is true. Older walkthroughs of this quest sometimes say that it can't be - because at one time, that was the case.

Long ago, when Kunark and the epics were young, the only way to get the Shissar to appear was by killing Cazic-Thule. The Shissar spawned from his corpse on his death, much like the Black Reavers do in City of Mist, or the Corrupteds from the Tainted Druid epic mobs.

At that time (and still to this day, I believe) when C-T spawned he re-spawned the entire zone, which de-spawned the Shissar. So, back then, they could in fact not be up at the same time.

But all this changed long ago, and the spawn of the Shissar is not related to Cazic-Thule's death at all, and they can and frequently are both up at the same time.

The Wraith now spawns on about a 72 hour cycle in Fear, in the Temple. So if ya wanna kill the Wraith ya still gotta clear the temple, you just dont have to have Cazic up.
