ill help you if i see you on, but if you roll in there with an enduring breath you may find anon powerlevelers that will just let you loot... they'll be at entrance anyway... you are correct its near entrance and the actually fight/drop part isnt much of a pain.
find a druid or a necro to help, necro has a great breath spell DMF
