This issue is still occuring.
twice now I've killed the PH at 10am and had zero spawns until 10am the following in game day.
Just now I've had a 7pm spawn, but no 5am spawn before despawn.
This camp is hellish enough without an issue such as this.

I am seeing this same issue, I have spent well over 30 hours at this camp with no pop..
One session was over 12 hours and another was 8 hour still nothing.. But I sure have a lot of ebony blades and azure sleeves!
