I remember vaguely something about the int/wis cap being raised to 220 or something and I cannot remember if this was a change that came with Velious...

If this is a change that came with Velious could that even be coded in here, or is it already in?

I know I have heard lots of dif info about the int/wis cap here and how it affects mana pool like for example I have heard that the display on our inventory screen doesn't actually display the correct mana our characters have.

anyone recall?
