You have probably seen me all through the forums lately - Really more fun than actually working at work (love having my own office door

In any case, a group of about 3 of us are just starting out, and we dont really know the culture here on the server but would probably benefit from joining a guild that has a lot of players 15-40 just for leveling purposes and grouping.
We dont want to join the "mass guild" or the "no one really likes you after you are in it" guild.
Suggestions?
