As a Barbarian I'm going to have to go with Everfrost. It supports a wide range of levels, has interesting quests (like the one with the Vengefull skeletons), has a "secret" area (under the river), plus a vendor (the shaman dot vendor) out in the plains. Oh, and there are even guards you can run to if you're lower level.
