I also truly hate people who think throwing random stats at people makes you right.
They have also recently proven that excercise does not significantly impact your overall life expectency - this then becomes a quality of life argument.
While working out might make your bones stronger (though probably not everyone) I would argue that the trade off is having to go to the gym when you could be doing something else.
You have fallen into the old carrot on a stick problem where you will always be chasing happyness, where as I have already found it in doing exactly what I want to do.
But to each their own. Go get all buff and then realize that you will be working for the nerd who doesnt work out and see who ends up happier.
