Unrest: This bug/exploit occurs while sitting on the mound against the East Wall, directly over the water. One could pull from the 'main land' area only to have mobs run a circular path through the gazebo as they attempt to reach you across the water, thus causing the 'puller' to be untouched and able to range attack the aforementioned mob.
