This isn't a discussion about why there should or shouldn't be a new server. Personally, I would prefer a new blue server but that's not the point, either.
The dev team here anounced over the summer that there will be a teams based red server. I've been gone for a month or so and was wondering what all we know about it, officially, up to this point. Not to debate why there should or shouldn't be one. There are a number of other threads for that and I would appreciate this one not turning into that.
We know that there will be a teams based red server and that toons from red99 will likely be merged into it at some point well after launch returning the project to one red server. We know that they were open to suggestions about ruleset. What else? Timeframe? Have they said anything about the ruleset since the initial discussions?
