Third team should be Erudin + Halas + Qeynos, and move Freeport over to the Purple team.
Purple is strong enough to absorb the loss of its two worst cities/races. Ogres and DEs more than suffice for the loss of Erudites and Barbs.
Third team would have all classes open, would have strong casters and decently strong melee with Barb Warriors & Rogues. Still the weakest team but enough to make them viable.
I actually sort of like those teams. Not really lore-compatible, but they're fairly balanced and the geographical aspect is elegant and would be interesting to experience.
