Allowing the Clicky DoT items is pretty lame.
Edit: Apparently I need to explain myself. The difference between having and not having the clicky dot items is day and night. If a druid has a sword and sleeves, that is going to be their #1 crutch. If they don't have the sword and sleeves to use, that's where ingenuity comes in.

ES Vams are like 2k in tunnel. Epic click, at least on live, was a waste of 9 seconds of your life.
Both were allowed in the live druid botb (they also had velious out at that time for Velious wrist drones of doom), which is the reason they are in the rules here.
