Check check, is this thing even on?

I've camped this piece for several toons on p99 now and each time it was truly painful for my soul (oh hoh) whereas I've camped the same key multiple times on Eqmac without nearly as much of a headache.

EDIT: This is now my recent completed marathon (yay!) 263 placeholder kills, not including stuff that didn't make it to logs from de-syncs

Since I've plenty of time to think on it, I'm wondering if this issue might be a mathematical one similar to the problem with the druid epic forages way back:

In this case you were right, and that's what was happening. When it was re-enabled, the rarity wasn't set to 100%. Setting the value below 100% compounded the rarity and made it excessively rare.
