I'm not to worried about bat phoning. I enjoy playing in the raid zones during the week and if something pops and my guild can take it so be it. Bat phoning isn't how I play games. If you are saying you will have a scout in every raid zone at all times and will bat phone a group to take out a raid before a guild can down a mob that is already in their zone then you have some big words to back up there.
I get that you will watch the ones you want like a hawk and currently have the team to out mobilize anyone on the server, but you know as well as everyone you will give up a couple mobs to lessen the work load. You won't scout mobs no one wants just to grief other guilds. It would lower your guild morale too much and people would burn out.
