Variance isn't classic. As you see in a different thread, variance is actually screwing up the proposed rotation. If we are going to an enforced rotation and/or adding a rule like not being able to down a boss twice in a row, I think variance needs to be reconsidered.

My server didn't have a raid calendar. It was cutthroat as hell and had real cockblocking. P99 is nothing in comparison. Most the guilds just got the scraps thrown to us. The #2 guild got its first Trak kill so late in Kunark it was a joke...
