Alongside
nilbogcare, whereby the guilds must halve their numbers at every successive raid of the same target, I propose a free-for-all solution with a few modifications.
The guild that does the most damage, does the most healing and takes the most damage gets the loot rights.
So if TMO kills Trakanon with 30 people, the next time they can only bring 15.
That means if there's another guild with 19 members, they should be able to out-power TMO.
If they still can't out-power them, the next time TMO should only be able to bring 7 members, and hopefully someone else would be able to take the kill away.
