Yeah. The guy made a dumb mistake. One I have never made and hopefully won't because I am careful to mouseover and verify. Nevertheless, if someone screwed up and gave me something unintentionally, I would give it back. Anyone with basic morals, scruples, manners or whatever you want to call it would.
