I was having this issue with a install I have used for the past 2 years, so I decided to do a new install to fix the issue but it is still happening with a bran new install.

The new install is completely up to date with the new spell file. I also did the dxua all in one update after the new install did not fix the issue. The issue is just this, I open eqgame.exe with the correct patchme etc. It opens up eq and I log in. I see all the servers and I choose one it acts like it is going to connect and about 1 second later I am right back at log in there are no errors. I have tried different servers etc this is very strange. I have worked with computers my whole life and I'm stuck.

Oh and one more thing I have not been playing so this started to happen with the new patch that I downloaded recently.
