Yea that is just stupid, if you are found guilty of something like this with an exorbitant amount of evidence, no legal process should be follow. Just gun to his head.

That would be unconstitutional. Due process exists for a reason, and the most important time to follow it is in precisely these situations.

I'm going to take the unpopular stance, but I do not hope he is killed and/or raped in prison. If a person is supposed to be killed or raped in prison then they should be sentenced to be killed or raped. It undermines society to hand out one sentence only to later throw them to the wolves to be killed. If a person is supposed to die they should be sentenced to that, otherwise it becomes a farce.
