As far as I am aware and from what the DC Told me, the downtime was not caused by DDoS Attacks, as I was assured the IP's were not null routed.
Update: The issue was caused by networking equipment misconfiguration in the data center, and mis-communication between DC Staff. This was all the information I was given.
This was unrelated to the current issues of Project EQ Being unable to communicate with the EQEmu server. We are still working on this issue, as of current I am waiting for Father Nitwit to look into things on his side to see where the traceroute is failing.

Seems there are still kinks being worked out with the host. Once things are sorted out we should be golden.
