Today, March 02, 2014, I was turning in the Celestial book to Mad Kaiaren in the ruins in Traks teeth at LOC - 1650 -2800 on my monk Blurr.

I was told the he had to con Indifferent. I made sure he was indifferent and handed him the book.
(FYI for those that will ask the FD in the below picture was because I was agro'ing roamers and had to FD them to make the petition and take screenshot)

From what I understand he is supposed to hand the book back. I did not get one in return.
Guide Basingse advised me to make a post here for the issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks again.
