Description: A Sifaye Messenger in WL is currently a static spawn in the Geonid caves, but comments on old Alla pages suggest that she should roam around the northern/northwestern part of WL with stops near the SS zone and PoG entrance area.

Expected behavior: Should be roaming between the Skyshrine zone (+1500, +4500) and the PoG entrance area (+1000, -1000) and possibly have some pathing points close to the north wall.

It looks like she was moved sometime after Velious but before 2004 when comments on the contemporary alla pages place her in the geonid caves.
