I got a problem with doing the quest about deepwater harpoon today. After returning potion of marr to Sentry Xyrinn in the isle of spectre, she gave me experience and then she disapeared.

Sentry Xyrinn says 'I am unable to locate NPC type 69041'
Sentry Xyrinn says 'I am unable to locate NPC type 69115'
I have no idea how to go next step of this quest.
