Troll better for leveling. Ogre best for min/max once you are 60 with torpor. Trolls are so much easier to level, regen really makes a huge difference if you are leveling untwined from 24-59.
Also trolls for superior looks.
If endgame soloing is your only consideration ogre is the easy choice.

I'd disagree with that based on the extra exp penalty for trolls alone. A troll might be better until like level 14 or something. I guess on this server now that takes 3-4 weeks so maybe it is worth it.
