Doing some research on the bloody claw quest and found this comment:
"I think there are 3 new dragons as of the latest patch - possibly these 3?

Can't find any info on Bufa or Yal pre February so it matches this guy's testimony, but Derasinal seems to be a day1 dragon.
Speaking of specific names, have not seen Tantor or Myga since launch, are they not in or just really rare?
