"As to the way that people can be shrunk in non-dungeon zones, this is done with a shrink potion, which allows shrinking to be done in any zone. no, Verant's classification of a dungeon is not very cut and dry, there are a lot of gray areas. My suggestion, cast it, if it doesn't work, that zone isn't what Verant would have you believe is a "dungeon"...
