If all the 53 and under dragons were fearable, then Vitaela is bugged as being unfearable I believe (or at least resisted 15+ times even with tash on.) I don't think it's an MR issue as darkness pretty much always lands first time. Also, the wiki that lists all the dragons as unfearable needs to be updated.
