As I've said before (including in the stream, herp derp), I tried to be red when leveling up, but the majority of others who are leveling up are not interested in PVP. I did have a few good fights while leveling up, but I'm not about run around a mostly-empty world trying to find people who are usually just going to avoid PVP if that means it will delay my dinging 60 and getting involved in the real action on this server.
Real action starts at 52. You need to get your feet wet. Get pained a little, brew. Pick a side. Take a few knocks. You'll get more respect, lol.
