we got about half way up but after an hour and a half of hiking my kid got tired so we headed back down. i plan to go back sometime next month to reach the peak. as you can see from the first pic, the trail wasnt a smooth ride up. i had to help my kid up some of the path because it was too damn high for him to climb up (or too steep.) my dog had no problems tho. |

I've been wanting to do NZ for a while, but convincing my wife will be hard cos she loves the tropics... that being said, I still have a tan from the kayaking I did back in January... fek...
