1. OP. How does the current fte situation, or "manipulation" or exploitation" as you call it, give one guild any unfair advantage over another? Are we seriously to the point of declaring that a melee class using a Discs is "exploiting"? You people been playing a game of wackamole with supposed manipulations (also known as intended game designs) in this quest to find an excuse as to why you lose dragons more often than the next guy. Their response would probably be to change the game code itself to make things "fairer". Eliminate discs in raid settings! These people continue to be dumb as rocks and crybabies.
