EQ in Wineskin detecting incorrect ram.
Hi Everyone,
I have been running EQ using wineskin and everything has been running fine except for a 20% character speed reduction.
As such, I have run the Options from the main menu before logging in and have found something interesting.
About This MAC indicates that I have 4GB of memory.
The Engine settings indicate that I have 2048mb of memory.
This is not correct. If my engine believes that I have 2GB of memory, my client will potentially run slower.
Is there any way I can manually amend this value to the correct amount of memory?
UPDATE:
While the memory continues to be incorrectly read, I have changed my profile to 'High Performance' on the mac, which seems to have bumped it up to the correct game speed.
This issue can be flagged as resolved.
