was @ my moms for like 6 hours trying to figure that shit out

I had the ports forwarded on the router also had Upnp enabled
I set up a ddns tested it on the Dvr it passed the test

could not find much on fucking Google , I did come across a website that said maybe the ISP was blocking port 80 which it was blocked and i tried to port forward it.

Gave up and drove home


first time in my life i have been defeated by some electronic device my mom bought @ wal-mart
