Once you realize that both feet face and mannerisms are freakishly unnatural, it doesn't matter that she has a 9/10 body anymore, you cannot unsee her face.
The perfect example would be to directly compare her to someone who looks much like her yet doesn't enter the uncanny valley. Zooey Deschenel.

Not quite sure how you are incorporating the uncanny valley in this situation. That really applies to non humanoid objects.
Katy perry may be ugly but she's not in the uncanny valley, she's a living moving human and anyone can recognize that.
