i do see how this can fix some toxicity. when 2 guilds are on opposite sides of a zoneline, then they can shit talk and not have the whole world hear it. and when one guild wipes the other, then they'd have to resort to sending tells in order to gloat

1 suggestion:

allow cities to also communicate with the adjacent zone. so if you're in Grobb, then you could (in addition to the other cities) communicate with people in the swamp.
