pretty sure zero skeles are on burynai faction as ive recently leveled my wizard there 12-24 np - just do not kill ONE single burynai and you will be fine to go below at level 20+ - you can stay in the tunnels below just killing skeles until 24
literally bring all the spells you need 12-24 (you wont need the level 24 spells because you will ding 24 and want to leave Kurn's)
