Slansin for Inert Potion (red99?)
On Red99 I turned in a lot of gnoll fangs and wanted to repair my Corrupt faction. I went to erudin, (put on erudite illusion), and talked to the guy to begin the inert potion quest and got the potion, so my faction is not an issue.
Slansin was nowhere to be seen in the shop he is supposed to spawn in. I repeated the dialogue multiple times (spammed the guy) and no Slansin. Not sure if there is an issue with this on Blue either.
