This
kobold in the Ak'anon bar currently spawns on Project 1999. It was added upon the Warrens' introduction (March 2001). For verification,
this post on alla's (might need to expand the thread called "The Friendly Kobold") shows the time frame he was introduced. Further proof is in
the quest Drigaz is part of, which requires The Warrens (see Related Zones).
