Also found a post indicating noclin's pet should have a chance to spawn from the 3-spawn.

Noclins pet is 100% L4 I killed him 10 times, is even at 4 blue at 5, and his placeholders are decaying skels, he spawns together wth them, decaying skels spawn 3 at once, and he will spawn in place of one of them.
