Complete Healing = 400 Mana * (1-(200 Spec Alteration/20)/100) = 360 Mana
360 / 20 = 18
18 * 60 = 1080 HP

Donals Vambraces are 12s and CH is 10s. Due to having to manastone more on CH and be more precise about where you stop, they end up being about the same number of clicks per minute.
Donals Heals 200 HP, roughly 3-4 manastone clicks, about 60-80 mana returned.
You would need 1080+200~ HP to beat Donals Vambrace Manastones. This assumes no fizzles and Specialized 200 Alteration.
Having 1400-1500 makes it about even. I wouldn't really bother with CH until 1800+ HP though just cause of how tedious it is to go all the way down and back up. It is easier to just click vambraces and stone 3 times. Never worrying about low HP aggro if grouping or fizzles if soloing.
